Now let’s look at how the song repeated ‘It Was A Very Good Year’ in the lyrics and personalize it. 2023 was a very good year for DA:NCE because you supported our efforts to educate the culture to know about the differences between healthy and harmful children’s dance?
And now (drum roll), because it’s important for you to understand the big picture of ‘A Very Good Year’, I’d like to share a few personal highlights that we celebrated in 2023:

- It’s worth repeating: Launch the DA:NCE Coalition, a broad mixture of adults who want to stop the hypersexualization of children in adult costumes, choreography and music. The Coalition also includes the creation of the DA:NCE Coalition Advisory Council. Look for preliminary information that is already on the website.
- Create a new video resource using experienced dance educators who speak passionately into the differences between healthy, educational dance and harmful, hypersexualized dance
- Develop a database of healthy dance studios nationally & internationally
- Establish an online healthy dance concert
- Widen the reach of ‘My DA:NCE Why’ and ‘Share Your DA:NCE Story’ through uploading personal videos with the message of healthy rather than harmful DA:NCE
